Bob Fraser
Chief Financial Officer
Bob joined the company in May 2006 and has over 35 years’ experience in manufacturing accounting. Prior to joining Thermatex, Bob was Plant Accounting Manager for Rheem Canada, Ltd., Hamilton, Ontario from 1987 to 2006. From 1972 to 1987, he was Plant Accountant for Reed Dominion Packaging, Hamilton, Ontario. Bob is a Certified Management Accountant and has a BA in Economics and Commerce from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario.

George Sursen
Vice President and Operating Officer
George joined the company in 1985. He started his manufacturing career in 1976 and his experience includes welding, plant operator, foreman, plant supervisor, and compression mold operator at various manufacturing companies. He also owned his own backhoe service company from 1979 to 1983. George resides in Hamilton, Ontario and graduated from the ARC School of Welding, Hamilton, Ontario.

Michelle Heugh
Office Manager
Michelle joined the company in 2003 and is responsible for accounts payable/accounts receivable, logistics, purchasing, reception, and various other office duties. From 1999 to 2003, she was involved in office administration with Hofbauer & Associates, Burlington, Ontario; Lakeport Brewing Corp, Hamilton, Ontario, and Deloitte & Touche, LLP, Hamilton, Ontario. She has a degree in Business Administration and Micro Computers with honors from the Toronto School of Business, Hamilton, Ontario.
